Communication Solution for Railway Transit
The railway tunnel environmental monitoring system leverages industrial Ethernet and wireless networks to acquire real-time data of wind speed, air pressure, hazardous gas concentration, structural health and fire early warning. It realizes remote centralized monitoring and intelligent linkage control, building an intelligent sensing network to secure all-weather tunnel and train operation.
This communication system provides low-latency and highly reliable transmission. The network management supports multiple SNMP versions, connection to State Grid equipment and compliance with Cybersecurity Classified Protection 2.0. Fiber-optic Ethernet rings enable remote equipment monitoring and real-time communication with the central system. Transmission hardware satisfies EMC Level 4 standards with integrated diagnosis for remote fault localization.
Winsure Communications adopts a multi-ring coupled dual-redundant network based on WsCon3010GP industrial switches. Redundant fiber rings connect monitoring zones and regional controllers. Independent links support fault isolation and zone-based maintenance. With ring hot standby, dual-power field controllers and redundant equipment plus diversified routes at the monitoring center, end-to-end redundant transmission is established to carry environmental data, video and device status for reliable tunnel operation and intelligent linkage.
