Communication Solution for Intelligent Manufacturings

Winsure Communication’s total industrial IoT communication solutions serve as the foundation for industrial IoT interconnection. It integrates Ethernet and wireless communication technologies to form a complete industrial IoT communication network. Ethernet offers stable and high-speed data transmission channels, while wireless communication enables devices and sensors to communicate without cabling.

The core layer of this solution adopts the three-layer 10G industrial switch model wsCom6028-6GESFP-48G/DC. Its six 10G uplink SFP ports can fulfill the downlink big data transmission requirements. Downlink Gigabit SFP ports and electrical ports are utilized to connect respective aggregation switches. For the aggregation layer, the Winsure industrial switch wsCom3028-8GSFP-16G/DC is deployed: SFP ports are used to connect to the uplink core switches, while the 16 electrical port are designed for connecting other peripheral devices. At production sites, industrial switches wsCom3010-2GSFP-8G/ DC are configured to form a ring network, enabling reliable connection of on-site terminal devices.

On-site, the Winsure time synchronization server model wsCom4060X acquires standard clock signal data from GPS satellites and disseminates it across the network. Network-connected devices requiring time synchronization—such as computers, controllers, and other relevant equipment—can thus achieve precise time alignment with the standard time source.
